Derby facts
Name: Moshpit Molly: There was an evening where I had just been to a metal concert and went straight to a derby gathering, and someone suggested it as a name! It immediately stuck. :)
Number: 8, it's a number that has somehow repeated itself through my life so it made sense for me to choose that
Skating since: I started skating in 2021, and I started playing properly when I joined PoP in 2024
Favorite derby memory: The world cup this year! It was so fun to go to such a big event with people from all over the world <3
Post-game snack: Bananas <3
Fun facts
1) I started roller skating when I joined Arctic Roller Derby in the very north of Norway. We were only 4 people and it took an hour each way to get there, in the darkness and snow, but it was such a joy that I never considered not going. :)
2) I can get rid of hiccups by drinking water every time, and I can feel it in my throat IMMEDIATELY when the hiccups are over and I can stop drinking.
